Since day 1, New Age VeneersTM has prioritised the responsible sourcing and manufacturing of our products and achieved certifications that accredit the ethical standard of our ranges. Today, we’ve taken our commitment a step further by implementing a tailored CSR program underpinned by 8 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs). Our unique program is titled NAV ECO.

NAV ECO
As a name, NAV ECO evokes the idea of navigating towards eco-friendly or sustainable practices, thus this CSR program guides our actions and supports our team to navigate towards more environmentally friendly choices and actions across all New Age VeneersTM Activities.
‘NAV ECO,’ is built upon the foundation of a strategic ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Framework. This framework underscores our commitment to sustainability and aims to harmonise human activities with their impact on the natural environment. Our CSR program not only implements this framework and aligns its commitments to key UNSDGs, but also tracks its effectiveness against key performance indicators (KPIs). These are outlined in detail below.
NAV ECO and our greater New Age Veneers team recognises the interconnectedness of environmental, social and economic systems. Since the inception of NAV, we have been driven to build a more sustainable and resilient future for all through our business operations and choices. Bringing our ESG vision to life, our CSR program provides a platform for our past, present and future environmental and social actions, and advocates for holistic approaches that promote harmony, innovation, equity, and growth.

To achieve this and ensure we are on track to meet our short and long term KPIs, NAV ECO’s foundation aligns with 8 core UNSDGs that have been grouped by our program’s 4 guiding values, Harmony, Innovation, Equity and Growth.
Harmony
SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 5 (Gender Equality) are pillars of our value ‘harmony’ as they reflect NAV’s aim to create balanced and equitable conditions for health and well-being among all genders.
Innovation
SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) are aligned with ‘innovation’ as NAV advocates for the adoption of new technologies and practices to promote sustainable energy and consumption patterns.

SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) resonate with ‘equity’ as our NAV team strongly emphasises providing equal opportunities for education and employment, regardless of gender, race or socioeconomic status.
