Designer Nina Maya, of Nina Maya Interiors, has collaborated with owner, Nikki Yazxhi to convert this 1940s bungalow into a modern, airy 4-bedroom family home that is both elegant and practical.

We were very excited to see one of our most popular finishes, Navurban^™ Balmoral, included in this month’s Inside Out issue.

The refined simplicity and texture of Navurban™ Balmoral has been used in as a feature in the wine display, and office shelving.

Navurban Balmoral was also used in the smallest room in the house. Nikki’s teenage son needed more space, and Navurban Balmoral was the perfect material. This minimalist contemporary finish was used to create a custom-made loft bed and chill-out area, adding a light and versatile space that will grow with his needs.
